Featuring the identical high standard of lens quality as the previous mentioned Logitech webcam QuickCam.

The sphere is capable of producing HD quality motion video, recording frames at 30 frames per second it is compatible with Skype's High Quality Video Service. The movement ability of this Logitech QuickCam webcam as well as its capacity to track your facial movements is incredible. Rotating over 180 degrees horizontally and 109 vertically, the Sphere is an ideal option for recording video diaries and for conference calling.

Depending on the use you require the webcam for will depend on which model of Logitech webcam QuickCam you select, all 3 mentioned are in my opinion good value for the quality of image you get.

Rich Tobler has a daughter working overseas and has just hooked up to Skype so he and his wife can keep in touch and 'see' her. He's not overly happy with the quality of the inbuilt webcam on his notebook so he has just bought a logitech camera and is finding the picture quality far superior.
