When you look at the various Ages of man from prehistoric to today you have to ask what truthfully is this Age that we live in today? We are no longer in the the Space Age. Geogaphical centralization of energy supply sources will no longer trouble the world (such as in the Middle East today), so the fight over oil resources will disappear with a primary underlying cause. Inexpensive removal of salt from saltwater and water pumping will cause deserts to bloom. It will be extremely inexpensive to produce clean, potable water pretty much any place. Agriculture will fundamentally change, as New Energy makes fertilizer, light, temperature contol and protection from insect pests available anywhere:. Through discoveries already made in the field, it will be possible to remediate existing nuclear waste— reduce it to non-radioactive forms. And, astonishing but almost certain to happen, it will be possible to produce rare elements inexpensively through reactions— yes, an age of “modern alchemy” will emerge. Maybe it will be known as the Age of Alchemy!
