The Battle For Website Traffic.

Building traffic to your site is getting harder by the week. Wouldn't it be easier to let other people build traffic for you? You are thinking "But, THAT'S IMPOSSIBLE"!

To tell you the truth, it's simple to accomplish.

Counterintuitive? Possibly yes.

But, in fact, it's actually far EASIER than trying to fight it out for traffic peanuts.

It all relates to one key element of ANY business: no matter what you are selling, you must pay attention to:

THE VALUE YOU PROVIDE

In fact, this is they key to 90% of all OFFLINE businesses' success too. The best stuff rises to the top in ALL markets. People who are impressed by a purchase tell their friends. And they tell their friends. The chain continues.

Cars are a fantastic market to show this in action.

Honda began shipping cars to the United States more than 30 years ago. Honda worked hard at improving their vehicle's quality and value proposition to the average consumer. They made sure their products were the best or at least perceived as the best.

People say Honda marketed better than the other car companies. I couldn't disagree more!

Honda sold a bazillion Accord sedans last year because people know they are great value. Everyone knows that you can buy a similar model of a competitor's car for about the same price. But, the Accord's quality is a well known FACT.

How about this:

A new car made by a traditional car maker will run you close to $30,000 and it might last to 80K miles. But, if you purchase a Honda, it has a strong likelihood of lasting DOUBLE that. And once you experience that for yourself....

You will start spreading the word about the great value you got in the Accord to make yourself look better.

What the car is like, how LITTLE you paid in relation to the car's cost, and everything else you can think of.

In turn this makes YOU appear more valuable to your friends.

This works the same online as it does in the real world. People recommend your website by linking to it and visitors come to your site from those links.

You won't be able to stop people from linking to your site and visiting it IF it really is excellent.

The reality is that new sites come out & totally wreck the feeble competition in categories that are supposedly too competitive. Every day! Why? Because their site is better, serves their customers better & people spread the news quick.

So what should you do...

Really develop your website's content. If your site is about mortgages, make it the #1 looking, #1 functioning ,& #1 value producing site in your market. Make it a true category killer.

Figure out how to get the best mortgage content in the world and post it along with mortgage calculators & AMAZING tips on lowering payments.

Put a directory section on there, but only approve the best links online about mortgages. Add the best links yourself. Same with your article section: add 75 kick-butt informative articles about "How to Save $238/month on Your Next Mortgage" & more.

Figure what your market is after and give them so much that they tell others. FOR FREE!

You WILL get linked to by partners, competitors, college professors (.edu links!) & more.

Give your visitors everything they could dream of.

This is what is comes down to: strive to be excellent and let the traffic take care of itself. If you actually are the best in your market, you WILL soon be sitting on more traffic than you can reasonably handle.
