Never swap your contactlenzen or cleaning solution with that of another person.

* Lean to face the floor.

* Put one hand underneath your eyes as if to catch a ball.

* Move your fingers in an upward and downward direction to get the lens out from the eyes.

* Clean with the disinfecting solution or fluid before putting your lenses back in the case.
