Kelly Baggett and Alex Maroko are the creators of the Flying In Four vertical jump program. Kelly is one of the top experts in vertical jump training. I liked several things about the program. The first thing I noticed is how straight to the point it is. Most programs I have purchased contain pages upon pages of theory and "fluff", and very few pages of actual workouts. You won't find ANY fluff in the Flying In Four program. There is literally ZERO theory and ZERO fluff. What you get is 28 days of solid workouts, and you are told exactly what to do everyday. You obviously get exercise descriptions, pics, and videos, but there is literally no fluff.

The bonuses that come with the program are some of the best I've ever seen. I highly recommend that you get the deluxe package if you decide to get the program, so you can get all the bonuses.

My favorite bonus is the One-On-One coaching with Alex and Kelly. You get free access to this coaching for 30 days, after which you pay a tiny monthly fee (which you can cancel anytime). With this bonus, you get personal access to the dynamic duo, and you can email them any questions you have. At the end of every month, they will record a live Q&A session, where you can listen in and get the answers to your specific questions. Kelly will also be revealing his latest discoveries during the call. You will also get mp3s of the calls, so you can listen to them over and over again.

In my opinion, this one bonus is worth the price of the whole program. Why? Because high-level athletes pay Alex and Kelly a small fortune to get this level of access to them, and you get it for only a fraction of the price.

I didn't really "dislike" anything with the program per se. However, no program is perfect, and this one is no different. The only thing that I can say is somewhat missing from the program is the lack of explanation of the theory behind the program. Personally, I like the program the way it is, because I'm fed up with all those programs that are 90% theory and only 10% real content (workouts).

In conclusion, Flying In 4 is an awesome vertical jump program. I highly recommend it to any athlete that is serious about taking their vertical jump to the next level.
